Jane Joy has been absolutely fantastic from the minute I came into her care, I could not have asked for a more fantastic midwife! Been so looked after! Will really miss all the midwives and I cannot thank you enough Jane.

From start to finish I was treated with respect, dignity and was made to feel like I was important and so were the decisions. The midwives were like friends and family. I was made to feel at ease and my whole experience (although a blus) was made so amazing by the staff. Particularly Jaz and Becky Bolton - my heroes. I would not have got through it the way I did without them. I am forever grateful to these amazing ladies!! Oh and the theatre staff and DR who carried out my emergency c-section and the anesthetist - they were all amazing. Thank you.

No criticisms at all, in and out for my Pre Op in an hour. Quick, friendly and professional.
If anything not being able to pay by card at the car park is my only gripe.

absolutely disgusting acute assessment unit people gets treatments like antibiotics, tablets, taken blood samples all in waiting room next to other patients which where eating sandwiches and had tea.
also lots of information have been given to patients in waiting room just next to other patients, with no privacy, which was not only awful but also for sure this practice is against data protection law as some information are easily pick able by other patients.
will ignore waiting time which was ridiculously long because two of mine ECG tests have been lost by personnel also my information wasn't passed in handover between doctors so had to wait a few extra hours (got this information from staff after a few complains).
